Complete your member profile, then add your selected plan to the Square cart. Use the same email for your profile and payment. The every-two-month cart purchase pays for your next box; future boxes are invoiced separately, and automatic payments require your authorization. The annual plan is excluded from flat-rate order shipping. Annual shipping is $36 prepaid for six scheduled boxes. Additional regular products use the shipping offer shown above. The signup bonus ships free. Applicable tax is confirmed using your delivery address.

What might be in a box?
Boxes may include 3D printed creatures, fidgets, desk toys, accessories, collectibles, personalized products, and seasonal or new designs. Every Dimension Club box contains at least $65 in products at our regular retail prices, excluding shipping and tax. Assortments vary; specific products, quantities, and colors are not guaranteed.
How does personalization work?
Tell us about favorite colors, animals, interests, and names you’d like used. Preferences guide our selections and can be updated by emailing us. They are inspiration rather than a fixed shopping list.
When do I receive my bonus box?
Annual prepaid members receive a complimentary signup bonus box. For online signups, the bonus box generally ships within 3 business days after your member profile and payment are complete. This is the shipping window, not the delivery time. It may be provided at an in-person signup when available. There is no shipping charge or additional fee for the bonus box.
How do I cancel or report a problem?
Contact designswithdimension@gmail.com for membership changes or issues. Recurring members may cancel future charges before the next box enters production or the next scheduled charge is processed. For damage, defects, or incorrect items, email your order details and photos so we can help. Annual prepay covers a full-year package; refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.
